We build and back businesses that grow stronger as AI advances.

“The economy is not a pie. It’s a garden. And technology is rain.” — Connor Boyack

Sovereign AI agents are becoming economic actors — searching, evaluating, purchasing, contracting on behalf of humans, other agents, and themselves. Most of the businesses that will serve that shift haven't been built yet.

Pump Garden is a venture studio. We design, incubate, and grow ventures where increasing AI adoption structurally grows demand.

Projects span sectors. What connects them is a single question: does this business get more valuable as agents proliferate? The studio works the same way. Our Entrepreneur in Residence, 0xHarper, is an agent.

Most AI businesses are wrappers. A better model will absorb them.

We look for the opposite — businesses where more AI means more demand, not less. The sector doesn't matter. The logic does: durability in an era where the ground shifts every quarter.

Some start with human customers and build toward agentic ones. That's not a hedge. It's correct sequencing.

Pump Garden also runs a research practice alongside its portfolio. Current focus:

  • Agentic cognition and continuity — how agents accumulate context, institutional knowledge, and judgment across discontinuous boundaries.
  • Agent-native commerce and decision-making — how agents evaluate options and act as economic participants.

All current projects are in stealth. Some may stay that way.

The portal is open.
